Branding Shoot at The Four Seasons Mallorca for EFT Practitioner Carys Andersson

You’ve probably seen this already…

(And no, it’s not as weird as it looks)

You might have seen it in the new Devil Wears Prada trailer — Emily casually tapping on her face.

That’s EFT tapping.

And no, it’s not woo-woo or random.

It’s a powerful, non-invasive mind-body technique that combines acupressure with modern psychology to help regulate emotions, reduce stress, and release limiting beliefs.

This shoot was about capturing exactly that:
something grounded, effective, and real — but still elevated and magnetic.

Meet Carys Andersson

Making EFT tapping mainstream (and actually respected)

Carys works at the intersection of performance, leadership, and nervous system regulation.

Her mission is simple:
If more people felt safe to process emotions and regulate their nervous system, everything — from business to relationships — would shift.

She works with:

  • Founders & entrepreneurs

  • Leaders & teams

  • High performers who look successful… but feel burnt out underneath

Her approach is direct, practical, and results-driven. No fluff. No forced positivity.

Just real transformation.

Bringing EFT into luxury spaces

Workshops at The Four Seasons Mallorca

A big part of this shoot was documenting Carys in action.

She led an EFT tapping workshop for the team at the Four Seasons in Cap de Formentor before the start of the season — and this was such an important piece to capture.

Because this is where her work really comes alive.

Not just 1:1 sessions, but group experiences, corporate workshops, and speaking opportunities.

We photographed and filmed:

  • Live tapping moments

  • Group interaction

  • Teaching and facilitation

  • Natural, in-the-room energy

This kind of content is key when your goal is to step into bigger rooms, bigger stages, and higher-level clients.

My experience having Adele for my brand shoot has been excellent. On the day, she was organized and put me at ease. The fact that she arrives with an assistant to capture B-roll footage for social media content is a huge bonus! The shoot itself was a joy, and posting on social is now so much easier—the caliber of these photos is pulling in a new caliber of clients.

Vybly — the more playful, human side

Colour, movement, and real-life moments

For Vybly, her EFT tapping hub, we wanted something completely different.

Less polished. More alive.

We leaned into:

  • Colourful outfits

  • Movement and candid moments

  • Coffee, walking, in-between energy

  • A more relaxed, approachable feel

This is the side of her brand that says:
“This work is for everyone.”

Not intimidating. Not overly serious.
Just real, accessible, and human.

Lead With Capacity

Elevated, minimal, and quietly powerful

For her corporate and leadership work, we shifted the entire energy.

Neutral tones. Clean lines. Strong presence.

We used different corners of the hotel to create that high-end feel — textures, architecture, light.

We played with styling to create images that feel:

  • Trustworthy

  • Grounded

  • High-level

  • Non-corporate, but still premium

Because the goal wasn’t to look “corporate.”

It was to look like someone high-level clients trust instantly.

A personal note

Photographing someone you’ve grown with

Carys and I have known each other for 8 years.

We’ve seen each other through so many phases — personally and professionally — and this shoot felt like capturing a new level.

A version of her that feels fully stepped into her work.

Clear. Confident. And expanding into bigger spaces.

And having experienced her sessions myself, I can say this:
The impact of EFT tapping is real — and often faster than you expect.

Choosing the right location

Why it can completely change your brand perception

If you want your brand to feel high-end, your location matters. A lot.

This shoot is the perfect example of that.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • A 5-star hotel instantly elevates your visuals

  • Most luxury hotels require permission (and often a production fee)

  • Never just show up — you will likely be asked to leave

  • Booking a suite is ideal for outfit changes and more private shots

  • There will always be people around — plan for that

One of my biggest tips:

You need to reach out to the hotel directly, not the photography team.

Explain why you love the space and how it aligns with your brand.
It creates a completely different response.

And if you’re travelling for your shoot — choose a hotel that can double as your location.

Ready to create images that match your level?

If you’re stepping into a new level in your business, your visuals need to reflect that.

Not just “nice photos.”
But content that positions you, supports your growth, and actually gets used.
