Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website www.byadelephotography.com and the booking of photography sessions with By Adele Photography.
By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable session fee is required to secure your booking.

• The session fee covers the photographer’s time, consultation and shoot experience.

• Products are purchased separately.

• Payments can be made via the methods listed during booking.

• Pre-payment plans are available upon request.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.

• Cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session fee.

• In case of illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your session at the earliest availability.

Image Usage & Copyright

• All images remain the copyright of By Adele Photography.

• Unauthorized reproduction or editing of images is prohibited.

Client Experience
By Adele Photography sessions are designed to be empowering, respectful, and professional. We ensure a safe, private, and inclusive environment for every client.

Liability
While every effort is made to ensure your comfort and safety, By Adele Photography cannot be held responsible for unforeseen incidents, personal property damage, or technical failures beyond our control.

Delivery of Images

• Image reveal sessions take place within the agreed timeline.

• Final retouched images and products will be delivered within 4–6 weeks after your selection.

• Digital files will be provided in high-resolution format via a secure online gallery.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
